Resident-Led, Expertly Supported

Lansdowne Woods is more than a place to live—it’s a vibrant, engaged community of homeowners who take pride in their surroundings and work together to preserve and enhance the value of our shared property.

Our community is self-governed, with resident-led boards and committees that shape policies, guide improvements, and ensure that community decisions reflect the evolving needs and priorities of our residents.

Two Levels of Governance

This collaborative structure ensures that Lansdowne Woods remains a well-run, resident-focused community where everyone has a voice and a role in shaping its future.

  1. Lansdowne Woods Homeowners Association (LWVA)
Oversees campus-wide operations including the Clubhouse, landscaping, security coordination, fiscal management, and community amenities.
  2. Condominium Associations
Each residential building manages its own operations—maintenance, staffing, board elections, and building-specific policies.

Onsite Management

A certified, on-site management team supports both LWVA and the six individual Condominium Building Associations. Staff include:

  • General Manager & Assistant
  • Activities & Fitness Directors
  • Security Director & Courtesy Guards
  • Clubhouse and Building Engineers
  • Administrative and facilities personnel

Professional partners provide accounting, security guards, janitorial support, pool staff, restaurant services, and waste removal.
