Yes. Lansdowne Woods is a pet-friendly community. Pet policies vary by building. Dogs must be leashed outdoors, and pet owners are expected to clean up after their pets. Some buildings offer a designated “pet-free” elevator for residents with allergies.
How secure is the community?
Lansdowne Woods is a gated community with a 24 /7 staffed gatehouse. Each building provides secure entry via key or fob. Visitors must call residents from the lobby to be buzzed in, and residents can view the lobby via a closed-circuit TV channel. Courtesy guards patrol the grounds nightly.
